<p>Un CEO la o companie multinationala cunoscuta imi spunea la un moment dat: &#8220;u are as good as the financial results for the last trimester&#8221; - o afirmatie perfect adevarata intr-o lume manata de profit rapid si pe termen scurt, unde trebuie raportat la actionari crestere cu orice pret. Orice manager stie ca trebuie sa jupoaie pielea de pe consumatori, sa distruga brandul facand promotii, doar doar sa mai scoata ceva vPy (versus prior year)<span id="more-208"></span></p>
<p>Ma uit la evolutia noastra ca societate de consum, atat in ro cat si global si vad ca situatia este de cacao. Si mai rau este ca 95% din oameni nu constientizeaza acest lucru. Intamplator, 95% din populatie, din orice parte a lumii sunt sclavi. Si chiar niste sclavi prosti.</p>
<p>Ma doare sa vad cat suntem de ignoranti. Cum ne taiem craca de sub picioare. Cum ne amagim singuri. Cum ne indreptam spre dezastru cu pasi din ce in ce mai repezi, ca oile. Este exact situatia ca in matrix. Preferam sa traim cat de cat fericiti in bula noastra de realitate, sa ne bem sucul, sa ne uitam la protv si sa mai alunecam o zi din existenta noastra de sclavi. O carte de mare tiraj spunea &#8220;fericiti cei saraci cu duhul&#8221;.</p>
<p>Lucrurile se schimba dramatic. Peste 10 ani lumea va fi de nerecunoscut si cei care vor castiga vor fi cei care isi iau niste plase de siguranta.</p>
<p>Nobody gives a shit. Decat daca ii aduce un avantaj major.</p>
<p>- tarile lumii industrializate, alde SUA, nu au semnat tratatul de la kyoto pentru ca nu isi pot permite sa nu mai polueze. Lasa ca suporta terra. Prefera ca atunci cand fac pasul, sa aiba cetatenii mai bogati</p>
<p>- in Romanica este jaf national. Toata lumea fura cum poate si ultimul stinge lumina. Cine crede ca politicienii se gandesc si la binele nostru sunt dobitoci de-a dreptul. Cine nu e de acord cu aceasta afirmatie si nu are acces la know-how, macar sa incerce sa se puna in locul lor.</p>
<p>- sistemele de pensii de stat sunt pe duca. Dar sunt destui care isi pun sperantele in sistemul de pensii privat :). Ca peste 30-40 de ani o sa le asigure o bunastare. <img src='http://s.wordpress.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> Cred ca e o prostie. Atat in Ro, cat si in lume.<br />
&#8211;Au fost cazuri in care sistemele de pensii private au dat faliment si/sau au fost devalizate de managerii lor in tari precum SUA. Oare aici nu se va intampla?<br />
&#8211; Garantarea de catre stat a pensiilor private? Ati auzit asa ceva? <img src='http://s.wordpress.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> Daca depui banii in banca, ai un minim garantat. La pensii nu.<br />
&#8211;Deasemenea, nu se garanteaza un minim al randamentelor.<br />
&#8211; Conform legii, banii de pensii sunt investiti pe titluri cu risc scazut si randament mic: titluri de stat, obligatiuni, dar si pe piata de capital. Asta inseamna bani la bursa. Nu zic ca acum bursa este la minim istoric, si lucrul asta se mai poate intampla oricand. Zic doar ca peste 30-40 de ani, o sa fim mult mai multi batrani si saracele firme vor trebui sa tina in spinare: angajatii de atunci+actionarii+statul (care oricum va avea probleme structurale mari). Vor fi presiuni mult mai mari ca acum si resursele mult mai mici.</p>
<p>- exploatarea resurselor planetei este pe ultima suta de metri. Rusii vor sa exploateze petrolul din Antarctica si Oceanul Inghetat. In amazon corporatiile taie si ard padurile intr-o veselie - in Romania la fel. Fiecare incearca sa acumuleze cat mai mult. Petrolul fiind pe terminate, opec-ul zice &#8220;hai sa cresc preturile acum decat peste 10 ani, macar mai facem si noi un ban.&#8221; Etc, etc.</p>
<p>- chiar fiecare din noi actionam conform modei: tinem luminile deschise prin casa - lasa ca imi permit energia. Si radem de nemti care fac economie, le zicem zgarciti. Ce fraieri, doar isi permit&#8230;</p>
<p>Da, am divagat. Situatia devine din ce in ce mai albastra. Si din ce in ce mai multi o constientizeaza. Dar totusi apar mici semne de avertizare si pentru restul: petrolul 150 usd/barilul, pe trend crescator, vremea se schimba in rau, trebuie sa te dai cu 10 creme la mare, altfel faci cancer de piele, etc</p>
<p>Nimeni nu ne poate ajuta. Suntem singuri. Si bunastarea noastra actuala si viitoare depinde exclusiv de noi. Nu de stat, nu de patron, nu de parinti. Deci fiecare e pentru el</p>

<p><strong>Oricine vrea sa vorbeasca cu mine pentru fix 1 ora ii stau la dispozitie pentru doar 10 ron.</strong></p>

<p>Cum am ajuns la aceasta idee. In acest weekend, <a href="http://neogen.ro" target="_blank">neogen</a>-ul am avut <a href="http://www.neogen.ro/blog/?p=216" target="_blank">teambuilding</a> la statiunea <a href="http://www.vadul-lui-voda.md/" target="_blank">Vadul lui Voda</a>, pe malul Nistrului. La un exercitiu de business, unii din noi au avut ideea sa faca o firma si sa vanda 1 ora cu <a href="http://fusu.ro" target="_blank">Fusu </a>(pentru discutii) pentru 100 de lei moldovenesti (25 ron). Si au intrebat cateva zeci de persoane din zona. &#8220;Vrei sa vorbesti cu Calin Fusu? Stiti, este milionar, este super destept&#8230;. Este o ocazie unica&#8230;.&#8221;</p>
<p>Nimeni nu a vrut. Si din nou mi-am dat seama cat de inchistati gandim. Si ca nu vrem sa iesim din zona noastra de confort. Desi, daca am face-o, aproape sigur ne va schimba viata in bine. Vorbind cu un om destept e o sansa unica, iti destupa si tie capul, fie te angajeaza la el, fie ca iti deschide o noua oportunitate in viata&#8230; Oricum ai face, cu totii stim la nivel declarativ ca e bine sa vorbesti cu meseriasi, oameni mai buni ca tine pe un domeniu oarecare. Pentru ca iti ridica si tie nivelul.</p>
<p>Dar aproape nimeni nu e dispus sa faca un minim de efort in aceasta directie. <img src='http://s.wordpress.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> Pe urma i-am intrebat pe oameni: &#8220;Ok, nu vrei sa dai bani sa vorbesti cu Fusu. Dar daca ar fi Voronin aici, ai fi dispus sa dai o suma oarecare? Daca da, cat? (nici pentru voronin nu vroiau sa dea bani). OK, atunci la nivel global. Spuneti-mi o personalitate cu care ati vrea sa vorbiti si cat ati fi dispusi sa dati pentru asta. Singurul raspuns - Bill Gates - 20 usd. <img src='http://s.wordpress.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>Asadar. Eu nu sunt bill gates, nu sunt voronin - dar pot sa vorbesc despre web, despre hr si despre marketing. Daca cineva crede ca o intalnire cu mine ar fi un <a href="http://cferseta.wordpress.com/2008/01/22/teoria-punctelor-de-inflexiune/" target="_self">potential punct de inflexiune in viata lui, </a>sa scoata 10 ron si pentru fix o ora vorbim. <img src='http://s.wordpress.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p><strong>Later edit, pentru prietenii mei de pe YM: </strong>Fratilor, pentru voi sunt moka. Nu trebuie sa imi dati bani sa ma intrebati de una-alta. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><br /><p>Ieri m-a intrebat <a href="http://sety.ro" target="_blank">Viorel Spinu</a> cat va mai dura nebunia cu salariile in Romania. Raspunsul meu e mai jos:</p>
<p>Acum 5 ani de zile era in voga expresia: &#8220;Nu-ti convine? Mai sunt 10 la usa care deabea asteapta jobul tau&#8221;. Acum situatia este diametral opusa, candidatii sunt in pozitie de forta la negocieri si cer sume exorbitante pentru cea ce stiu sa faca. Partea interesanta este ca multi le si primesc.</p>
<p>Pe de alta parte, angajatorii sunt disperati. Multi se plang ca in ritmul asta vor da faliment. (o solutie este sa creasca agresiv productivitatea muncii angajatilor existenti, dar asta e o alta discutie&#8230; )</p>
<p>Eu anticipez ca situatia actuala pe piata salariilor va mai dura 2-3 ani maxim, pe un trend de crestere din ce in ce mai calm. Dupa care o sa vina un soc major, care va rearanja toata piata. De ce zic asta:</p>
<p>In ultimii ani de &#8220;crestere economica&#8221;, optimismul a crescut foarte mult. Totodata, o sursa principala de crestere a acestei &#8220;cresteri economice&#8221; a fost sistemul de credite. Brusc, romanii care nu erau deloc datori, au inceput sa isi ipotecheze viitorul. Puterea lor de cumparare pe termen scurt a crescut brusc de la 100 la 1000, prin simplu motiv ca au putut brusc sa cheltuiasca mai mult.</p>
<p>Creditele de consum, cu un DAE urias au invadat Romania. Toti romanii care traiau de azi pe maine s-au napustit sa isi ia microunde, aspiratoare si frigidere in conditii avantajoase, aplicand principiu carpe diem.</p>
<p>Pe langa cei care luau credite de consum, au fost si cei care au inceput sa isi vanda terenurile si casele. Doar o alta modalitate de &#8220;ipotecare a viitorului&#8221;. Cand un taran si-a vandut parcela cu 200,000 eur, parcela care genera 100 de eur pe an din agricultura de subzistenta, evident ca TOTI banii aceia au luat drumul consumului. Si consumul inseamna import. Iti iei BMW, haine de firma, lant de aur, ochelari de soare de 100 de eur. Si deficitul de cont curent si inflatia cresc.</p>
<p>Asadar piata a fost inundata cu bani. Orice afacere care avea reprezentare locala a castigat imens. De fapt era la fel de simplu ca stransul banilor de pe masa.</p>
<p>Au venit companii straine. Unele sub forma de investitori, altele sub forma de &#8220;culegatori&#8221;. Fiind bani pe piata, trebuia ca cineva sa ii ia. Automat au crescut numarul de joburi, pentru ca trebuia cineva care sa stranga banii si sa ii bage in visteria companiilor. Candidatii (cei ramasi in tara), fiind mai putini si cererea de angajati fiind mare, si-au permis sa ceara mult. Companiile si-au permis sa dea mai mult, pentru ca alternativa ar fi insemnat pierdere de oportunitate de neacceptat.</p>
<p>O alta sursa de bani sunt investitiile de bani de la UE/FMI/USAID&#8230; Dar mare parte din acele fonduri se reintorc la companii din Vest: vezi cazul Bechtel. Din ce ramane se cheltuie pe materiale, multe din import si doar o mica parte pentru salariile a catorva mii de oameni.</p>
<p>Deja &#8216;happy momments&#8217; au inceput sa apuna. BNR-ul face incercari disperate sa stopeze aceasta conducta de bani falsi catre economie, catre consum. Si bine face. Pentru ca noi, ca romani, suntem foarte prosti (financiar vorbind) si nu avem nici un pic de bun simt de planificare financiara. Daca &#8220;avem cu ce&#8221;, de ce sa nu cheltuim? Lasa, ca vedem noi pe urma&#8230; Noi sa fim sanatosi. Aaaaaah.</p>
<p>Deci vor fi mai putini bani din credite&#8230; Bun.</p>
<p>O alta sursa de bani pentru Romania, care genera situatia de optimism erau bani capsunarilor. 6 miliarde eur. Partea interesanta ca acestia se vor imputina, deoarece capsunarii isi iau familiile cu totul in strainatate. Pe de alta parte, Spania a intrat in recesiune la constructii, si multi romani se vor vedea nevoiti sa se intoarca in tara.</p>
<p>Referitor la exporturile noastre. Sunt foarte mici. In afara de Dacii, noi nu prea mai avem o sursa majora de export cu valoare adaugata mare. Si multe din companiile care lucreaza in export sunt cu capital strain. Asta inseamna ca banii excendentari sunt imediat trimisi catre firma mama din strainatate, in loc sa fie folositi aici, pentru generare de mijloace de productie.</p>
<p>Dar nici companiile romanesti nu sunt mai breze. Patronii romani, cand reusesc sa scoata primii bani, prima achizitie reprezinta o masina de lux, in loc sa reinvesteasca in companie, sa o faca mai productiva.</p>
<p>Consumam MULT mai mult decat producem. Si este doar o chestiune de timp pana cand lucrul asta ne va bufni in fata. Este total nesustenabil sa se traim asa, pe picior mare la nesfarsit. Exista si modele matematice in sprijinul acestei idei. Stiti de la Discovery progresia inmultirii bacteriilor intr-un mediu cu  nutrienti?  e progresie  geometrica, pana cand tot mediul se umple cu indivizi si se termina resursele. Dupa care majoritatea populatiei moare intr-un ritm rapid.</p>
<p>Apropo de crestere economica. Pe Q1 guvernul a raporat o crestere economica de 6%, in conditiile in care parca doar slovenia e mai bine pozitionata ca noi. Toate celelalte tari au avut o crestere mai mica sau zero. De ce oare? Suntem noi mai performanti? Motoarele economiei &#8220;duduie&#8221; mai tare decat la celelalte tari din UE? Datorita cheltuielor si investitiilor (inclusiv in infrastructura) cu caracter electoral, care nu s-au facut ani de zile si s-au facut acum, cu ocazia localelor. In Q2, trendul a continuat. Totul artificial si nesustenabil.</p>
<p>Pe langa problemele structurale pe care le avem noi ca natie, mai intervin si problemele globale. Costul resurselor creste. Cresterea nevoii de energie este fantastica, iar costurile cresc. Daca barilul de petrol ajunge la 200+ usd, economia mondiala se indreapta spre blocaj. Si viata, asa cum o stim noi, cu sistemele noastre de valori, se va schimba destul de radical.</p>
<p>De aceea cred ca la un moment dat optimismul va fi schimbat pe pesimism si atunci o noua criza ca rearanja lucrurile. Balata trebuie echilibrata: ori in timp, ori prin corectii bruste. Cand acest lucru se va intampla, angajatorii vor trebui sa isi revizuiasca standardele de eficienta, si nu de eficacitate. Si atunci salariile vor fi corelate mult mai mult cu productivitatea muncii decat pana acum.</p>
<p>Economia are caracter ciclic. Nimic nu creste nonstop, intotdeauna vin perioade de restriste. Si din cand in cand vin crize care reaseaza sistemul.</p>

<p>Un lucru care noi ca romani nu il avem deloc este educatia financiara. Nu stim sa facem bani, cheltuim pe toate prostiile, nu investim. Facem tampenii. Luam microunde cu credit cu DAE 27%, ne luam masini scumpe si ne prostim pe noi insine ca zicem ca &#8220;Investim in imagine&#8221;. Facem credit sa ne luam telefon mobil. Folosim card avantaj sa ne luam carpe.</p>
<p>Si pe urma ne miram ca suntem sclavi. La patron, la stat, la copii, la propriile noastre obiceiuri de consum.</p>

<p>Un concurs pentru clientii <a href="http://bestjobs.ro" target="_blank">BestJobs</a>, deja de traditie. Ca sa se mai relaxeze si ei :). In doua ore de la trimiterea invitatiilor, deja completasem toata lista - 32 locuri. La prima editie a durat 4 zile, a doua editie 4 ore.</p>
<p>Am zis ca data viitoare o sa fac niste teasing, sa fie firmele atente la ce mailuri primesc&#8230;. Sa ia decizia rapid. Sa vad daca pot sa ajung la 10 minute. <img src='http://s.wordpress.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
