Ce mi s-a parut interesant (pana la 20.10 cand a trebuit sa plec):
-consumer experience are 7 elemente:
- useful
- desirable
- accessible
- credible
- valuable
- findable
- usable
- daca iti spun consumatorii ca vor ceva la produsul tau, nu inseamna ca asa si e. Multi CRED ca stiu ce vor, nu e neaparat asa.
