Aseara am fost invitat de catre Anca Teiosanu la Orange Online Meetup (mersi frumos).

Ce mi s-a parut interesant (pana la 20.10 cand a trebuit sa plec):

-consumer experience are 7 elemente:

  • useful
  • desirable
  • accessible
  • credible
  • valuable
  • findable
  • usable

- daca iti spun consumatorii ca vor ceva la produsul tau, nu inseamna ca asa si e. Multi CRED ca stiu ce vor, nu e neaparat asa.
